Updating

The WebBRD currently includes all cases filed through June 18, 2008 a total of 759.

Data regarding the initial filing is current through June 18,2008.

Data regarding case dispositions and emergences is current through at least December 31, 2007.

Refilings data were last updated in November, 2007. That updating examined only companies emerging from bankruptcy before January 1, 2003. As to companies emerging later, we have merely recorded refilings that came to our attention.
