Updating

The WebBRD currently includes all cases filed through June 1, 2009 a total of 838.

Data regarding the initial filing is current through June 1, 2009.

Data regarding case dispositions (but not emergences) is current through at least December 31, 2008.

Refilings data were last updated in June 2009. That updating examined only companies emerging from bankruptcy before January 1, 2004 (searching for refilings prior to January 1, 2009). As to companies emerging later, we have merely recorded refilings that came to our attention.
