How often do firms obtain confirmation of a plan?

Change none of the selections in any of the three steps. (the defaults are set up to do this study). Submit the query by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page.  The Frequency table in the output will show a list of all the dispositions included in the study and the number of cases for each. Some clearly should be omitted from your study. They include pending cases and cases for which data are not available.

To remove them, use the back button on your browser go back to the query page. In the first step, D. Dispositions, check all boxes except "pending," "no data," and "363 sale No data."  In the second step, uncheck all of the boxes except the box for "Frequency."  In the third step, leave the default D. Dispositions.  Submit your query by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page.  The output will show you the numbers of cases that reach each of the remaining possible dispositions.

Want to know how these rate vary over time?  Do a study, just like the one above, for each of the time blocks you wish to compare.  Print them out, and compare the hard copy.
